From enquiry to completion, we’re here to help you through the borrowing process. Over the years, we’ve refined and perfected our application process to provide you with a seamless and intuitive experience.
STEP 1
Enquiry

- Type/Address of Property
- Outstanding Loan(s) against the property
- Estimated Value of Property
- Amount you would like to borrow
Note: Rikvin Capital can only lend to Accredited Investors or Companies. Find out if you’re an accredited investor.
STEP 2
Application
- Our team will review the application and may reach out to you for additional information.
- Our valuers will provide us with a desktop valuation of your property.
- If the enquiry is approved, you will receive an indicative term sheet.
- If you are satisfied with the terms offered, sign the indicative term sheet and send it to back to us.
STEP 3
Valuation
- Our valuers will contact you to arrange access to the property.
- On receipt of the valuation report, our team will conduct a full case assessment.
- If the property valuation does not match the value initially stated on the application documents, we may update the terms offered.
STEP 4
Legal
- Before any legal work begins, our solicitors will need an undertaking from your solicitor.
- All legal documents will then be drafted by our solicitors.
STEP 5
Completion
- Once all loan documents are agreed upon and signed, your funds will be disbursed.
