About Us
Rikvin Capital is a private equity firm based in Singapore. We have years of experience providing real estate bridge loans to locals and foreigners in Singapore and the United Kingdom.
A bridge loan is a type of gap financing arrangement wherein the borrower can get access to short-term loans for meeting liquidity requirements. It is often used to meet current obligations, while permanent financing is being secured. Bridge
loans are meant to “bridge the gap” until the borrower secures a mortgage or a long-term loan. These bridge loans are customarily secured against residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
With access to in-house funds, Rikvin Capital assures our clients a quick decision making process. This is further enhanced by our use of technology and dedicated underwriters who are consistently working to provide the best possible solution.
